This is to bring into your notice with regards to the glitch in the incomplete payment of SBI ELITE CREDIT CARD. Please find the below cover statement and explanation for the payment of credit amount which we have not paid and why we have not paid the due till date.
The SBI Credit card team had unwantedly & automatically upgraded for a higher value card named SBI ELITE which we were not aware of and they had charged yearly for Rs.****/- plus taxes of about Rs.****/-. The SBI credit card department had activated the card without any intimation and consent. We were surprised to see the statement of almost Rs.****/- mentioning the card yearly charges and taxes. For your information it has been more than * months that we had stopped the usage of SBI credit card.
The SBI Credit card department had earlier spoken to us regarding the same card payment issue and we had asked them to provide us the proof which shows or says that we had asked for an up-gradation to SBI Elite Card. There was no update from the SBI team and they had failed to provide us the proof after multiple conversations. This is the main reason behind the non-payment of current amount. As per the earlier discussion with the SBI supervisor we had earlier agreed to pay the due if there is any proof of acceptance from the card holder for up-gradation. You can also verify the earlier records of SBI, HDFC, KOTAK, RBL or any other cards we have been using so far without any break in the payment. Since the SBI Credit card had done an unfair means with us on the basis of the credit card amount which is and was never used by our end. We also had spoken to cancel the credit card since one year. But there was no action from the SBI Credit card department.
