Mobikwik App - Unauthorised and uninformed charges

I was prompted again and again to use Mobikwik wallet services and pay later. On *th October **** I have made a payment towards Jio wifi for Rs *** but moment money was used the amout due showed Rs ***, an extra Rs ***.** was charged as one time activation fee by mobikwik wallet which I wasn't informed of or prompted about before making any payments and the due date for same was **th October ****. Since *th October I have been trying to contact mobikwik teams but their customer care never responded. I have even made an attempt to make the payment on **th October **** but due to error in app it's letting me pay. At ** am on **th October extra penalty Rs *** has been charged and I am trying to make the payment but still it shows unauthorised transactions and it further sends message additional penalty will be levied on *st November. This is totally unjust, unethical practices by Mobikwik that is charging me penalty of Rs *** on paylater credit of Rs *** that too for a period of ** days only.
