Mobikwik App - Urgent Unauthorized Wallet Debit ofon July 2025

I am writing to report a suspicious and unauthorized debit transaction from my Mobikwik wallet and request your immediate assistance in resolving the matter.
On **th July **** at **:** PM, I added ₹**,*** to my Mobikwik wallet via credit card. However, the moment the amount was added, a debit of ₹**,*** occurred instantly from my wallet (at the exact same time), under the description:
"Wallet debit against IMPS_REFUND-****fd**..."
I want to clarify that:
I did not authorize or initiate this transaction.
I did not send any money to anyone from my wallet at that time.
This seems to be a case of automatic or unauthorized deduction immediately after adding funds.
I have attached a screenshot of my wallet transaction history for your reference.
I contacted your customer care team, but they were unable to provide any explanation and asked me to mail this issue to your fraud team. I am extremely disappointed with the app's behavior and the lack of clarity around such sensitive financial issues.
