Amazon .in - Unable to transfer amazon pay balance into my bank account

On ** March ****, I ordered some article from Amazon.in. I am living in Gurgaon, Haryana. Payment option for those items was cash on delivery (COD). When I received the articles than found that these are not which I ordered. Immediately I wanted to return those wrong products but unable to do that because there is no option on their site. Then I personally call to Amazon customer care and informed them. They promised me that your amount will be refunded and reflect in *-* days in your Amazon account. But I want this amount in my bank account because I am very rarely using these apps. So they promised me after receiving in Amazon pay balance we can transfer this amount into your bank account.
After continues follow-ups of ** days, I did not receive my money. First ** days they were confirming that this amount will reflect in your bank account within *-* business days. In the last conversation, they were saying we can not transfer. You have to purchase something else. I don't want to purchase any items again from these fraud sites and suppliers. I want my money back. Can you help me out?
