Amazon .in - Fake iphone delivered not addressing concerns

I bought iphone *a from amazon.in but I received non genuine product.
I called amazon they denying for return stating that apple has the policy to treat its products differently as by their own hence contacted apple and so they checked order.
Apple find it fake and out of warranty product and has a foreign model as A**** model.
And denied the service.
So I contacted amazon again but again they forcing to ignore the concerns and it really caused much mental trauma and I had migration issue already.
So I need the full compensation on this along with the refund of the product.
