- Uber Pathetic Driver Open
I booked an Uber cab at around **am in the morning. This uncouthly driver by the name of Sugant reached my residence around ****am, I had to go to the airport and came down with my two trolley bags. As soon as I opened the door of the car and asked him to help me put the bags in the car, he tells me,' Aapne cab cancel kar di hai kya'. Now why would I cancel the cab after putting myself through the struggle of lifting and bringing my two heavy bags down. I checked my phone and I told him that the trip is not cancelled and it's still on with the message - meet driver now with location of the car showing exactly where he had parked the car. He said it's cancelled in mine so he can't go. On asking how can the trip get cancelled without me doing it he didn't have any answer. He cancelled the trip himself just when I reached the car. I told him as the trip is still on in my phone we have to leave as I was getting really late. Upon hearing this he yelled, ' Main Nahi Jaa Raha Kahi Aap Ko Jo Karna Hai Karlo'. Thereafter he shut the door of the car and drove off leaving me standing there with my bags in the middle of the summer heat on the road. If it was just me I could have moved around or went back until another cab is arranged but two huge trolley bags make it difficult and helpless for anyone to move about. And that despicable and pathetic driver cancelled after I was down with my bags right in front of me. Men with such complexes concerning women should not be working wherein they have to deal with public. Smart and educated young women who have the purchasing power of hiring cabs are a part of the public, and if he cannot swallow this fact down his throat that we are hiring cabs which he is driving and if this is the way he satisfies his chauvinistic ego by leaving a woman in the middle of the road feeling helpless then he is one slime ball of a man and certainly should not be a part of public life professions as one meets all kinds of people. This man has to sacked.
