Uber Cab Service - Uber Rental Fruad

I have booked the rental for ** hrs and *** kms like for whole day for family with my two <*yrs kids and old parents, but for the first trip itself the driver took us to the wrong route (here driver took advantage as we do not know the route)and made almost **kms extra after local people enquire we were able to find and reach the first destination and while getting down on first destination the whole package amount deducted Rs****.** from PayTM and came as trip ended.

We had a plan for an entire day with family and it screwed because of Uber cancelled Rental package and made as Trip and now Uber team claiming as I have shared the OTP to driver. Why do I make my own loss, we were standing on the middle of the road with two kids and senior citizens and after explaining all situation to the driver then he gave the local officer number *********** almost **times we called and unfortunately their response is very poor in this matter, and latter another person gave contact of call center number ********** and it turnout its voice mail and they will turnout to us in **hrs, Now tell me with holding two kids and senior citizens will any living being in the world do and go through all this circus and hassle the Uber team did to us? On top of it you reach us with explanation that I shared OTP to driver? if so then why should I call and reach Uber people so many times and wasting *hrs on the middle of the road?
On the app it states that Uber changed this to trip but on email conversion they claim that I shared OTP to driver, why Uber doing this are they in losses and they screwing customers?
As we do not know the places in Hyderabad and no where to go we requested the same driver to continue with us for a day, and he agreed after a discussion and struggle seen from his end while I'm calling all people and discussion on how to reach other places and he agreed for an amount of Rs**** which I paid again cash to him.
