- Uber Eats has refused to refund money for damaged order Open
Uber Eats team has refused to refund the amount for Rs **.** paid against Order #***** on the pretext that my account has been flagged on account of high credit given. I am not able to understand why the company fails to understand that if bad quality or damaged food is delivered. The customer is not at fault rather the restaurant delivering the food is responsible. Moreover, since these restaurants are serviced on the Uber Eats App the company is equally responsible for providing a resolution in case of issues/ conflicts. The customer support is not customer friendly and does not give answers directly rather states Uber eats policies as a means to deflect the customer from asking for a refund.
