On **-**-**** I hired a Uber cab in Mangalore. I paid the driver Rs.*** cash for a bill of ***.**. Since then Uber is showing Rs.***.** outstanding from me. I have written several e-mails to Uber. They never shown the minimum curtsy of replying to any letter.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I had booked an uber for mother for which i had paid via gpay, yet the driver took rs *** in cash from her. And this is a second such incidence taking. Uber took no action for either of the incidences.
