I have been booking UBER cab service from *:**pm but when the trip was assigned to a driver, they have been cancelling the trip. Even Auto rickshaws as well. Due to this issue, I am unable to reach home on time. And do my house hold works.
Well, the question is, Why driver has to cancell the trip as per their wish? is this (Uber's service) public service or personal service? I am very much disappointed with the Uber service. Moreover, the trip price keeps increasing and from where we will bring money?
Why uber doesn't value our time and his riders? Who will pay for killing our time? I am not riding freely that they shouldn't give me service, this is absolutely not a public service, but personal service. Not valuing its riders and allowing drivers to cancel our trip.
I need justice for this. It's humiliating and degrading the riders. absolutely not value been given to rider (me). Must take action against Uber and their partner (drivers) for the cancellation of trips.
