Had viewed this company on Instagram via trekveda. Went to the website and filled out the contact form. Their representative reached out via WhatsApp and gave details for the trek and costings. I paid for the trek and cab booking from Delhi-Manali and back in advance a total of Rs. **,***/- When I arrived for the trek in Delhi on the **th of Sep, they stopped answering calls. They provided a number for the trek coordinator but did not pay him, we had to make payments again to the new person as we were already in Manali and did not want to spoil the trip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
