We booked them for Kedarnath trek, they assured us with false pictures and assurance, when we asked for the tickets they didn't provide which made us doubt more so we asked for refund they switched off their mobile and their pet dog Ashish Rawat took charge of the assurance, till date they haven't refunded our amount
