Booked a ticket on July **,****. Travolook.in cancelled my ticket citing operational issues. Till date have not recieved the refund for the same even after numerous calls and emails. The customer care people repeat lines like a parrot without any substance. Everytime you call then or email them, you get a standard reply of *-* working days. Now their support email id is also not working. A fraud company...kindly help me get back my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
