Hi Team ,
I had booked ticket on **th July **** for *th aug **** travel from Ranchi to Bangalore.And due to some reason like flight operation issue the ticket got cancelled by it's own and the amount was deducted.
It's been about a month hearing from customer care executive that in coming week by Friday you will get the refund.
Please show deep concern and help to process/make the refund.
