I had booked returned Air ticket from mumbai to chennai on ** aug **** and Paid Rs ****/- The booking reference REF*********.
They had taken Money and informed they couldn't confirm ticket and told full amount will be refunded within * hours. Till the time they have not refunded. I had sent * mails to their customer support and called them at least * times every time they tell we are in the process of refund and till now they have not refunded.
