i had booked four flight ticket from ranchi to chennai on ** jan ****. but travolook web site issue PNR not generate and they send massage of cancellation of ticket. since then i am calling customer care number of travolook ans asked the refund but till date they not return my refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
