I have booked a honeymoon trip to Maldives with FlyNote during March ****. Due to Corona Pandemic, Government has imposed lockdown and the trip was cancelled by vendor.

We have contacted Flynote via Telephone/WhatsApp and asked for the refund as the trip has been canceled. The agent has asked us to extend the trip validity till June **** and promised to refund the full money if not used within the time. We have asked the email confirmation for the same. We received email from them stating that they are extending till December ****. We refused to extend till December and asked them to extend only till June **** as discussed over the phone and provide the refund if not used within the time. Then they extended till June ****(Attachment : Flynote_March****)

After a week post extension, We have received an email from Flynote and their travel partners about the the credit we have and the trip details. They have clearly mentioned that they will refund the money in their email. They have also sent an attachment with our trip plans and Terms & Conditions for the extension where they told the money will be refunded if not used, post ** days. We took this as a confirmation and waited for the lockdown to be over.

As lockdown was not ending, we again asked for Refund over phone and they again extended till October **** even though we asked to extend till August ****. To confirm again, we asked whether the money will refunded if not used withtin OCtober.
This is the first time they told that money will not be refunded. I am not sure how come their policies changed all of a sudden.
This was really a shock but we decided to wait till October **** to see the situation(Flynote_June****)

I am working in Spain and I traveled to India for my marriage on March **** and hence booked this honeymoon package with Flynote.Due to Corona issues, I couldn't travel back to Spain and stuck in India. On September ****, I had traveled back to Spain in Air Bubble flights leaving my wife in India.
Hence we don't have any ways for traveling together, we have told our situation and asked Flynote to refund the money. Their response made me surprising. They talked as if I have asked their own money to give me. Their responses to my emails were so unpleasing and they emails were in challening tone to get the refund from them.
We pleased them that we are in different countries and travel would not be possible for at least next * years due to my wife's health condition. But they refused to refund the money and forced us to use only the wallet within June ****.
They did not care about the terms and conditions, emails about the refund they sent me, promises they made or anything. Flynote told that they never promised for Refund which is a big lie.In the email they have sent me, they have clearly mentioned that money will be refunded if not used, post ** days.They have asked for proofs about refund and I have provided their emails.
But they were not at all ready to accept and literally gave me and my wife a mental pressure. There were too many to and fro emails and Flynote behaved in a very unprofessional manner.
My wife has got mental pressure and due to her health conditins, we have stopped talking to them. We have decided to use it in the future flight bookings as they were not ready to give my own money. ( Flynote_september****).

One of my friends have planned to go to India from Spain and I have requested them to use my wallet for flight booking. When we sent an email to Flynote to know the procedures to use the wallet for FLight booking, they have given me a huge bomb.
They told I can use the money in the wallet only for International Land Packages and cant be used for Air booking. I was taken aback.
Where on the earth, I can book only hotels for *.** lakhs INR in this pandmeic before June ****.
I got irritated and asked them to refund the money as requested earlier. But again they denied and told there are no other options to use the money rather than International land packages.
I have given them the refund prrofs and emails, they simply said " they are follwing the travel partners instructions".
The email was sent by Travel Partners only about the confirmation of my refund. When I
asked about it, they have stopped replying to my emails and looks like they will take my money as a whole if not used within June ****.
Then I contacted them via socia media, and they replied to my emails.
Again, they were teling same things. Travel partners did not refund the money and so they will not refund to us.
Also, they played a word magic saying that they told "refund" could either be "wallet" or " money" which was not mentioned anywhere.
But in the email they sent to us FLynote mentioned that money will be transferred to bank account(email attached).
When asked about it, they told Travel Partners did not refund the money, same old story.
Literally, they are forcing us to go out of India on a trip by spending lakhs of rupees for FLights and visa so that I can spend this *.**lakhs, which is stuck with them, just for stay.
To utilize the money of *.** Lakhs, they are forcing us to spend another *+ lakhs, by traveling out of India.
I don't see any point in talking to them further. Using covid situation, the agency is trying to loot the money.
Even though they were not ready for refund, denial of using the wallet money for Air Travel is highly ridiculous. Requesting your help here.
I would like to have a full refund as we can't travel for sure in the next * years.
