I booked a package to BALI with flynote on ****, we were supposed to travel on April **** but it was a complete pandemic and travel was restricted, Later i approached flynote for a refund they said we are small company and affected by pandemic please give us some time and once everything is settled will give back your money. I waited for * years and they have added money wallet which is showing as expired. They are either giving me the money nor refund. I am really stuck, there responses are not professional either, they are cheating a common tax paying citizen like me. Flynote must refund my money of **,*** i have all the proofs and evidences from there support team who cheat by giving fake commitments.
