TRIPTOURS - Travel booking not provided after making the payment no refund done

I booked an online tour package with TRIPTOURS, Noida, for a Darshan of Tirupati temple on ** Sept **** from Bangalore. Package was negotiated for Rs. *****/. This included pickup from Chennai Hotel on ** Sept **** & drop back at the same Hotel on ** Sept ****. * night Hotel stay at Tirupati in addition to local travel was a part of the package. I paid Rs, ****/ as advance. After waiting till ** sept morning, no body from above agency turned up for pickup & our whole schedule got astray along with the loss of money.
After enquiring from the agency, they gave lot of excuses of not turning up & told that they would refund the money. Till date they haven't refunded any money & are giving false hopes.
the above inconvenience has caused a mental harassment to me & my wife in addition to loss of money in addition to Rs. ****/ paid as an advance to the above agency. I am a senior citizen & this mental harassment has take toll on our health to a very large extent.
Request your support in retrieving my hard earned from this rouge agency in addition to Rs. **,***/ penalty for additional expenses & towards sever mental & physical harassment to a senior citizen.
