Self had booked Uttarakhand Package * nights * days from *-* Oct ****, on the terms that total package cost would be **,***/- ( * adults + * child) out of which **% would be paid advance, rest **% on hotel booking confirmation. The terms and conditions of the booking were agreed on Whatsapp conversations from the number (+** ***** *****). The comany details I got was - The Snow Travel Team,

I had paid **%(Rs. **,***/-) advance for Uttrakhand travel package on **-Aug-**** online to account number *********** , IFSC : IDFB*******. I got an acknowledgement from the WahtsApp number +************ with a transaction ID (TST****).

After two days I received a phone request some Mohit of Snow Travel (+** **********) for balance **% payment. On good faith I paid Rs. **,***/- and again got an acknowledgement from the WahtsApp number +************ with the same transaction ID (TST****) on **-Aug-****.

On **-Aug I called Mohit of Snowtravel booking (+** ***** *****) to check the hotel booking status, he responded in very rude way that booking won't be done till before ** days of travel. After that I reminded that the agreed terms were different, he informed that booking would be done the next day(**-Aug).

On **-Aug I called him asking the status. He spoke very rudely with me. After ** mins he called me to say that additional Rs. **,***/- would be required from me.

Certainly that was not acceptable since this is the breach of original terms of the package. Sensing sum wrong going I decided to cancel the deal with Snow Travel. I intimated them over WhatsApp and got a response to send mail to care@thesnowtravel@gmail.com.

I sent the trip cancellation message and got the response

Dear Sir ,

We have received your request regarding the refund and cancellation we will check your status and update you shortly.


Till date the refund has not been credited to my account. The above numbers stopped functioning, so could not call anybody of Snowtravel either.
