I have booked one day tour for * couples + * children as per quotation provided by thesnowtravel.com, Noida for Lonavala for Taxi +*day hotel stay at lonavala from Navi Mumbai dt. ** Sep ****. After depositing ***** rupees (**** taxi + **** hotel) whole money as per quotation. they demanded for extra money for hotel. So I refused to take hotel service as they failed to provide the quotation given in morning for same day of traveling. They said as per company policy they will refund Rs. **** instead of Rs.**** from * working day to ** working day. But till **th October **** they have not refunded even Rs.****/-. I have already send many reminder for refund, they provide new date for refund.
