I paid my RBL credit card bill through cred app via upi of ****.**rs on **/*/*/**with order I'd **GW**QW*PZE my problem is payment failed but money got debited from account but not refunded till date **/*/**** I just complained to cred about this issue they told that wait for * to * days no use then they asked statement of account on day to day from **/*/**** to **/*/**** no use as my cc due date is **/**/ I suffered a lot of this irresponsible pupil not having phone number for support just answering via mail and suddenly closed my ticket no as its resolved opened * tickets on support the last ticket is open as pending all others ticket show resolved and closed but money not refunded please go through it
