CRED Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited - Modification or Refund not provided

I had booked a * day stay at "Sterling Resorts Ooty Fern Hill" for dates ** May ** to ** May **. On **th May I was diagnosed with a viral infection and told to restrict travel for next month. I had raised this to CRED support and asked for cancellation of my booking but they told me its not possible under there cancellation policy but it can be modified and took the latest dates. After checking repeatedly on **th May they asked for Medical certificate which I provided and on **st May after several calls and several reasons they have told it cannot be modified or refunded as I informed on the booking date even though I had informed * days prior.
