Taken Tractor loan with #TFE******* and CRN# *********. I have not been provided loan statement and when my cheque will present. EMI for Loan was increased without my consent and information. I had sufficient funds on the agreed date of check presentation but bank presented one month earlier without intimation. We then contacted Rohtak branch manager who informed that this will not happen again his name was Omparkash, but it was presented again one month before. I had sufficient funds on agreed dates for which i have proof inform of my bank statement. I am now being threatened with tractor recovery eventhough i am willing to pay all outstanding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
