Kotak Mahindra Bank - Cheating the customer

I have applied for current account in ur Kotak Mahindra bank Dammaiguda branch Secunderabad the executive collected all related documents from my side and took ** days now they just returned my docs and cheques of ***** which I gave for opening account saying that the request got rejected without any proper reason if ur not interested to give account why u took ** days for that u literally wasted my time and gave mental pressure which affected my company gst which I applied recently due to this bank people delay again I need to apply gst which will cost me a lot is this is what ur bank is dealing with customer for current account I need proper reply if not will proceed leagally please get back to me on Rajvarma****@gmail.com the executive name Hemanth ktmb Dammaiguda branch contact **********
