We, * persons, purchased a tour package from Amritsar (Pb.) to Bangkok online from AIWA Travels & tour Pvt. Ltd. Company send us the details of Spice jet booking for **th of April and back for **th April. We send the money as per package online. But on **th April company started excuses to postpone the tour avoiding the actual position/reasons. Now the company is not attending the calls and not telling about the next date of tour or refund of package money,
