i vaibhav anand singh , i have booked thailand trip tour package from aiwa travels & tour pvt ltd ( debi prasad panigarhai & team) in august ****.
at **th nov **** i paid to aiwa travel Rs **,*** in two Installments for booking thailand trip tour package by online amount transfer by my hdfc account details: name-vaibhav anand singh , acc. no. ************** ,branch-mancherial, ifsc code-hdfc******* to his sbi account details: name-aiwatravels & tour pvt ltd , acc.no. ***********, branch-sambhalpur, ifsc code-sbin*******. aiwa travel given me package invoice (bill invoice receipts, flight tickets, hotels boucher etc.) By email info@aiwatravels.com
. this tour booked for two adults me vaibhav anand singh and my wife kalyani parmar. when i received kolkata to bangkok (spice jet sg-** ,pnr-cdggsk) and bangkok to kolkata (indigo airlines *e-**, pnr-jy*vgp) flight tickets, then i checked confirmation of same tickets through pnr by online customer care of flight, then ticket was found true. thailand trip tour detail documents (flight tickets, hotel boucher, bill receipts etc.) copy are separate attached in notice.
aiwa travels team informed me four day before of travel date (At fri, **th nov ****) your trip is cancelled & will be postpone due to some technical region. then i asked him, what is the technical region for trip cancellation? , but they not given any region.same day when i once again checked my flight tickets status through pnr by online customer care of flight , then status was that my tickets was cancelled at *nd Sept ****. hence, aiwa travel team was cancelled my flight tickets at *nd sept **** without any information to me and they was informed me four day before of travelling date.
telephonic conversation to Aiwa team contact no. ********** will refund full amount of money in ** days and through email info@aiwatravels.com they mail me will refund my full amount of money in ** days.
but upto till date they only refund rs **** at **th oct ****.upto till date i lot of times mail & telephonic conversation to aiwa travels for refund my full amount of money, but they are only given fake askqueses and not return my amount. hence aiwa travels & tour pvt ltd appeared as cheating to me, please take a strong legal action against him. aiwa travels contact no. **********,**********, *********
