What an incredibly worst experience we had with the tour that your thrillophilia arranged for us. Starting from Delhi Airport the cab that was provided to us HR ** C **** was a private vehicle which we didn't notice until we had to face a lot of issues with the driver and the car. The problems we had to face is mentioned below
*. When we started our journey from Delhi airport towards Kasol, we realized that our driver was stopping every ** kms to check the car's tire pressure and when we enquired about why is he doing that he said that the tire was punctured and it was leaking air so he had to keep a check on the pressure. He also added so bluntly that the tire was punctured since long and it is a tubeless tire and he is traveling with the same since long. So this was putting the passengers at risk and this was the start of all the things to be followed.
*. Upon reaching Kasol we were informed by the tour operator that our driver will be acting as a guide as well so we asked him to let us know which all places are to be seen in Kasol to which he replied very rudely to ask the hotel which we checked into.
After checking in and getting ready to explore the city of Kasol when we asked our driver to drive us he refused by saying that the city is at the walking distance and we should go by walking and then he started drinking alcohol right infront of us without giving a darn about we being his customers who he was suppose to be attending.
*. Day * we started with our trek to Kheerganga and when we reached out destination we were informed that the tent which were promised to us by the tour operator was never there. We had asked for an attached bathroom for one of the two tents we had booked. The food there was average where in had booked for a super deluxe package and we had paid accordingly for the same.
*. Day * we started trekking back and decided not to stay at tosh because we didn't want to experience one more disappointment and decided to head back to Delhi and see around Delhi. So we had informed the driver that we will start our journey around **pm from Kasol so that we can reach Delhi around ** pm and shop around in Delhi.
PS: the driver had full day on Tuesday and Wednesday to take complete rest so that he can drive at night.
While coming back from the Trek we asked out driver to take us to the Gurudwara at Manikaran which was on the way to Kasol, when we reached Manikaran he shamelessly asked us to walk the steep down the hill saying that there would be parking issues but on the contrary there was no parking issues and on top of that there was enough space to park atleast ** cars. But this guy just didn't want to do his job.
After we Manikaran we had told him to be ready at ** to leave for Delhi and he started with his excuses of not taking enough rest and then there would be traffic and requesting us to start at **. As a human would understand another human regardless of the fact that we paid for the services which he was suppose to render us we agreed to leave at **. At ** we noticed that he had started drinking again and when confronted he said he didn't drink much and he will be ready to drive at **. At ** when we woke him up he started behaving as if we are giving him pain and didn't even load our luggage and adjusted the seat for us to sit. He had to wait till **:** for him to get up of his sleep and start driving.
At *:** he stopped in middle of nowhere saying that he wants to sleep for * hours and only then he will drive forward. When we got pissed off and confronted him with police and his tour manager he started driving again for an hour and stopped again at this point one of us had to drive for few kms till the time he decided to drive again. After this he started showing all the tantrums and stopped where he wanted to and take which ever route he wanted to so that he can deliberately get us late to reach Delhi. And also he was constantly on phone while driving.
On the way he got a call from some other agent and he gave him a tour to Dehradoon so he dropped us *** kms before Delhi and asked another driver to drop us to the Delhi without even taking our consent. We reached Delhi at * in afternoon and wasted so much of energy and money behing this pathetically organized tour by your company
I want to know if this what you call customer service? Need an answer to why was this so pathetically organized.
