Hello,
I booked a pg through Colive via this number +** **** *** ***. The guy who communicated with me, his name was Rinku. The booking was done on **/**/**** through WhatsApp via a link shared by him. The message sent by him was this,

You can pay ****/- on this link and in the notes section you have to mention code - COLIVE****
complete the payment and send the Screenshot
This link is activated for ** min.
I had forgotten to put the code so I had to pay twice. I have the confirmation on the Colive application stating that there is a booking, and via mail also.
I am attaching all the screenshots possible as proof.
The issue which happened was when I reached Bangalore on **st May the check-in date at ** PM, the guy who was the owner of the PG told me that there is no booking under your name through Colive. They are taking bookings without informing us. I was continuously calling the number through which I had done the booking and the guy was not responsive. Later he texts me to go to another pg instead of the booked I had booked.
The guy was irresponsible and did not go through the process even after booking it. I have paid ****/- and I have no place to live.
All the transaction details are attached to the mail. Please take an action against the guy and refund me back my money.
Please look at this issue, or else I will post about it on social media.
