I've paid **** rupees as an advance however, I'm NOT staying at the property suggested by you due to ignorance of Colive agent.
On *th August, ****, I booked a pg for my one month stay and Colive agent quoted the amount **k after discount. I've made * payments for advance i.e. ****+****+****. * extra payments were made due to UPI issue and to add coupon code. Their agent was not giving me contact details of the property owner but on pushing him when he finally provided the number. The owner quoted ***** rs.
I have been asked to fill the refund form and raise a ticket, which I did, however no action has been taken.
