Dominos Pizza - Took charges for paper bag

I had purchased pizzas from Dominos Pizza at Ulhasnagar on */*/** vide invoice number: *****/**/**** on a parcel basis. As I have purchased * pizzas and * chicken zingy (total * boxes) and I wanted to carry bag to carry the food products. First, the counter person denied to give me a bag and after the argument he ready to give but need to charge for the same.
He charged Rs. **.** + taxes for the paper bag which is out of the law and moreover he gave me a paper bag with their brand name (DOMINOS PIZZA) on it.
As per my knowledge, it is shopkeepers duty to provide a bag to carry stuff without taking the money and if we are paying money then how could he charged from us for same? It is clearly indicated that they are doing the business of paper bag with a brand name on it.
I have attached an Invoice copy and snap of the said paper bag. Request you to take strict action against the said vendor that in future they don't try to cheat other people.
