i brought pizza on **.**.**** of worth around **** ruppes of pizzas from zomato from Dominos pizza located at Shop *, *, *, * & *, Ground Floor, Nirman Heights, C.T.S. ***A, Opposite Don Bosco School, Link Road, Borivali West, Mumbai. the thing is that the shop is within ** mints of walking distance from my home. they accepted order and status was showing food under preperation at **:** pm, then at around * pm status changed to delivered and in between we tried to call restaurant they said it will be delivered. The next day after follow up zomato agrres to arrange a refund, no refund received. instead i received the vouchers. actually, i am entitled for free pizza as per ** mint policy. I neither recived the free pizza and not my cash back. i again raised the issue with dominos but again same reply was given that this is as per our policy.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
