Respected flipkart team,
Recently i purchased a green trouser on **th of june "hrx" brand which was of cost **** ,with order id
OD******************.
This parcel is delivered today on **th of june.
My issue is,i am not given the complete parcel; i ordered.
i ordered * quantity of hrx trouser but i am given only * trouser .
Really disgusting with your service,i will never shop from you again.
Amazon never done this to me.
And i ordered many products from your website recently ,you can see in my order history.
And i am thinking of purchasing your plus membership but you didn't make me to do this!
I didn't make any kind of unboxing video as I never need for it.
My whole family was shoked when I opened my parcel and now they scolding me continuosly.
Me and my whole family needed the parcel since a week but they delayed it more than a week.
Really disappointed with your service.
I am given a * foot square paper bag which too tiny that it can hold * quantity of hrx trouser.
And inside the parcel there isn't any invoice or bill.
I said to delivery boy that it seems it has only one trouser but he said there (on invoice above the parcel) mentioned * quantities it means it have * trousers.
And denied my request for cancellation of delivery of that parcel .
I have contact no of delivery person as he called me with his personel number and he is not picking up his phone after saying him the incidence.
I clicked some pictures of the parcel which was in deteriorating condition. Parcel was of worst packing, just one covering to items and after it only tape was preventing it from damage.
It was well packed and sealed but inside the bag there isn't * trousers.
And i have raised a complaint against you to National Consumer Helpline with docket no ******* as i listned about their costomer care service,which is not as good .
Now plz give me my money back immediately.
Else have to seek for help to consumer form via sending legal notice.
