I opted for PGP problem in simplilearn in August and i attended the classes from October for * months and i couldn't understand anything, so spoke to the counselor regarding the same and asked to cancel the course, she din't help in anyways and i dint even request for a refund of past EMI's i just asked them to cancel the further EMI's and the team came back telling they can't do as per their privacy policy.
It makes no sense to keep paying lakhs of rupees for not learning anything.
Please assist in resolving this issue.
