Simplilearn - Escalation Regarding LMS Expiry and Access Revoked Exam Coupon not accessible

I enrolled in project management course with simpliLearn in June last year. I have submitted the fees and start taking the course. The first hand problem I faced was even though they enroll us in a course with title *th Edition and still the trainer's are giving *th Edition training. I highlighted this to the LMS team. No action taken on this and then the tutor itself are not engaging and its hard to understand the concepts. I raised a request for tutor change twice (*. In July after taking * class from the tutor. In Oct again I raised since the new tutor was also very bad) In october they haven't resolved my problem and now blocked my exam voucher. I tried reaching out the LMS Manager too and She want me to pay almost same amount again if I want to attend the exam
