I booked a one way ticket from Chennai to San Francisco via Delhi with AirIndia on Sep ** **** paying Rs.*****/ through my HDFC netbanking -

And I cancelled my ticket due to an family emergency as I was not in a situation to travel. I was supposed to receive a refund which has been pending for the past * months.
I have sent more than ** emails checking on this to contactus@airindia.in & ecommerce@airindia.in. But no proper response was received. I keep following up on this but no results.
When I called customer care today (**th March ****), I was told that I was refunded the money to my bank account (which is used for booking - HDFC) after deducting the cancellation charges (of Rs.****/-) on March * ****. But I didn't receive my refund to my account yet.
When I asked the details on this to the customer service representatives they kept my call on hold for more than * hour and ended abruptly with no response.
Help me get my refund amount back.
