I booked ticket on **.**.** for flight scheduled on **.**.** from Kolhapur to Delhi. When i didn't receive ticket till evening of **.**.**, i called customer service who told me that payment had been received but ticket could not be issued so either i have to pay extra to get ticket or i need to request for cancellation of ticket.
I was not given any prior intimation. It was only when i called customer care then i got to know about it.
It was highly unprofessional on the part of HAPPY EASY GO.
