Punjab National Bank - Ticket cancellation refund

My refund of ***** has been processed by IRCTC, but does not reflect in my bank account. Last timei contacted bank, they said its an error from IRCTC as they have not received any refund, but IRCTC mail says the amount has been refunded to the bank, I have even been given refund id. Other people whom I contacted have also received their refund though their amount was small. I am not able to contact bank because of the lockdown, but money is being refunded as others did receive. Customer executive at bank also said they have launched a complaint but other executives said no complaint has been launched. Now i dont know whom to ask and what to do. REFUND REF.
