Punjab National Bank - Want to enquire about transaction status
Nandini Varshney filed complaint against Punjab National Bank on Jan 24, 2021
I had done a electricity bill payment of Rs **** on **-**-**** via free charge but that transaction was failed then I applied for refund but it didn't comes in my account then free charge provided me a RRN number and ask me to check with bank. Then I go to bank but they can't understand this issue and said we are not able to track this transaction status please help me in enquiring about this transaction status I tried many times but nothing happens.
