- The company charged me for a product that was not in stock to begin with Open
I ordered a cycle for myself on the companies official website. They asked me to pay a certain amount in advance before they could dispatch the order.
When I try to fetch my payment status it tells me "You cannot order until the product is back in stock".
I called the customer care official and asked him how they can charge me when the product is not in stock. He tries to fool me by saying it happens with everybody.
The next day I try to track my order but it shows that my order status is: CANCELED.
