I have ordered a kids cycle on **th April for my kid's birthday. Before making the order I confirmed with the seller about the date of delivery. They confirmed that it will be delivered within **days. But till **.**.** the product is not delivered. As I bought a cycle for my kid offline shop im requesting LEADER CYCLES for a refund. But now they are not willing to refund my amount.
