Uber Cab - The app shows I haven t paid for my trip but I paid full cash to the driver

This is to inform you that I had taken your service from Bangur Avenue, Kolkata ****** to City center *. For this ride, I was charged Rs.***, which ai had paid fully in cash. During the payment, the driver didn't have change and I helped him with the difference as well. But while trying to book a return ride from CC* to Bangur Avenue, I noticed the app is showing that the driver has reported that money wasn't paid to him and i now have an outstanding balance of Rs.***. Also, when I was checking the receipt of the journey it shows I have been charged for waiting as well. The driver was unable to come to my given address so I made an effort to reach him and join in from the front of Reliance fresh with my aged parents and kids.

This is highly unprofessional of the driver to report wrongly about the customer.
I have tried several ways to get in touch with customer care to resolve this issue but none has given me a callback. Kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible or else I'll be forced to quit using your services henceforth because I'm not willing to pay double fares
