Uber Cab - Digital payment failed due to net problem so we paide by cash

We booked an advanced uber on **/**/** at * pm from talpukur sbi to gurudwara guru ka bagh. Upon reaching our location we failed to pay online due to network problem. We paid *** rs by cash to the driver but after a few days we noticed in the app there is an unresolved payment of *** rs which we already paid. We booked from the phone number ********** by the name Bipasha and our OTP was ****. Why do we have to pay more??
