I have booked my car (for transportation from Digboi to Panipat) through booking ID GCTNSK********* dated **.**.****.During delivery at Panipat,Both Front car tyres was damaged badly.Its wires comes out. Its seems that car tyres has changed during transportation . Same has shown to delivery person and also mentioned at delivery consignment notesheet. Also informed to Agarwal's Manager Panipat over phone during car delivery. I have contacted many times but Now they told that we are only responsible for delivery of car, not for damaged/changed spare part of car.So no any compensation will give for remairing/change of damaged part. It seems that they are only meant for cheating of customer.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
