This is to bring to your attention the fraudulent practices of Mr. Vivek Sharma Attarey through this business VAS sports and tenexe.com.

#*. He has fraudulently denying delivery of the ordered product Walther LG***

#*. He sent a wrong product (ordered a *** bar cylinder) received a *** bar. Upon bringing this to his notice, no action was taken.

#*. Illegally in possession of my personal documents.

I am an aspiring shooter and to participate in competitions I had ordered an Walther LG*** rifle from tenexe.com. The quoted price was low compared to others.

Before placing the order, I had read the buying rules** and to get clarity I had shared with him my shooter ID card and clearly asked him, if it qualifies to order the weapon. To which he said yes.

The order was placed on Feb ****, and still hasn’t delivered it.

I have collected proofs that show it is not the first time Vivek has done this.

Being an advocate he is trying to take advantage of the situation.

Request you to take immediate action, and help me get my money back, close the website and put Vivek in jail.
