i had purchased from the a pair of shooting gloves worth ****, the website promised to deliver in ** days. the order was placed inJan ****, the order was paid for by online card payment
when ** days passed, i tried getting an update, they initially ignored calls and mails, months passed, they answered my calls once in a month and kept saying i receive my package in * days, but nothing happened, when a few months passed, they said they have a delay in their order as it is lying with the excise and customs
i asked them to return my money if they are unable to send it, the guy who used to answer the calls , he said he would return and even asked my bank details for an online transfer, but again he didnot return money and blocked my phone numbers and never replied to any email. i tried to take a legal actions , sending them a legal notice through a post,but he never accepted the notice, basically they are a fraud, a scam, they should be behind bars, they would have looted lakhs of money from innocent and helpless customers
