Dear Sir i have purchased mi tv * pro which product serial no. *****/************ from flipkart. My TV is not working from past few days so i raised a complaint from your toll free number for technician visit my token number is M*******. A Technician visited my place and asked me *** rs for visiting charges and i agreed for this after he visited he told me that my Tv's mother board is not working so we need to change it then he said i have to pay him ****Rs (five thousand five hundred) advanced so he can order mother board from mi store and he will visit after * or * days when he got mother board from MI company. till date he is not responding my calls and he cheated me also he did fraud with me and stole ***+**** = **** Rupees from my pocket. I am very disappointed with Redmi why you guys giving jobs these fraudster. I will never purchase anything From Redmi in my whole life very bad experience from your service department . I request you to lodge FIR against these type of employs and terminate them so they can never do fraud with anyone again. Technician name may be viashal His mobile no. **********, **********
My Tv is still not working may be i m have to purchase new tv from another company because i have no choice after this type of incident happened with me from your side i have no more trust on your company.
