Tax Spanner Advisors Private Limited - TaxSpanner is not Filing Income Tax Return and not responding

I had buy the Paid service to file CA Assisted Income tax Return from Tax Spanner (https://www.taxspanner.com / 'Span Across IT Solutions Private Limited') on July *, ****. I had shared my Income tax portal’s user ID and Password along with all requested documents. Now it is above **+ days and there is no proper response from. Everyday I’m chasing them for status of my Income tax return but no one replying and answering the phone calls. Even Phone of Assigned CA is also switched off. They are making excuses like I haven’t share my documents or my user ID and password is wrong. Now last date is coming to file income tax but still no response from them. After making the payment they did not file my returns. Horrible support. No one seems to care. Now I'm trying hard to get my money back, but no one seems to be respond to my e-mails.
