Hi
I tried to do IT filing with Taxspanner and paid Rs. **** on **-Jun-**** as per their service plan for filing. But after the payment, I started recieving mails from multiple teams asking for multiple documents/details which I am aware as IRRELEVANT as far as I am concerned (but they are asking for their intention for IT dept to consider as filing agency which I am least bothered).
When I asked to do the filing in usual computed way using just RELEVANT documents, they stopped responding. And it has been * days,
*. No filing done by this Taxspanner which creates financial impact for with IT (AND)
*. No response to my mails for the last * days as if I am running after them (AND)
*. No refund my paid amount to them for their filing service plan and no response for this also.
Please do the needful as to penalize this kind of groups negligently operating and defrauding people after taking the payments.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
