I have made a recharge on my mobile sim card for Rs. *** on the **th April ****. Transaction id : ***************. After this transaction I have Talktime balance of Rs. ***.
On the **th April ****, Tata Docomo have disconnected my connection stating low balance less than Rs **.
I have not made any phone calls during **th April and **th April so there should be no deduction in the balance from Rs. ***.
They refuse to reactivate my connection or refund the amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
